Weight Loss Journal - Step 6

Write Down all your lose weight calories in the Journal

The weight loss journal will be the last step to this 6 steps Weight Loss Fast Programs. Write down all the calorie counting and exercise routine you have done in your little diet plans book.

You can use this as an example:-

Of course, this looks like a simplistic way of doing things, I am sure you can come out with something better. But the idea is to find a way to keep track of your activities and your food in take. Please jot down all your activities and food intake EVERYDAY for at least 2 weeks to 2 months. After a while, you will make mental notes and do not need to use this journal anymore.

Just repeat step 1 – 6 again for at least 2 weeks. You should be able to start seeing weight loss results. If you like what you are seeing, continue for another 2 months and you should be able to see promising diet result.
